The condo was exceptionally clean and very well appointed. Everything you could possible need was somewhere. Location was perfect for access to the University and town. It is on a very quiet street and has beautiful views. The host was on call and available for questions. I would 100% stay here again!

We spent a lovely weekend at this beautiful property with my 2 sisters for a birthday getaway in Boulder. We were so delighted with quiet, beautiful location right at the base of the foothills but minutes from Pearl St. Parking was easy with a provided covered parking spot and plenty of free parking right on the street in front. And entering into this gorgeous living space felt like we were in a magazine! We assume the owner is a collector and curator of beautiful art and high-end design, yet everything was intentionally created to provide a comfortable place to relax and unwind. The host thought of every last tiny detail and included so many thoughtful little touches and amenities from bath products, sleeping masks, bathrobes, games, and a well-stocked kitchen with EVERYTHING. And the beds were gloriously comfortable. This property offered the perfect pampering experience we were envisioning! Thank you for making us feel so welcomed!

This is a terrific apartment for a Boulder stay. It's location provides easy access to the Boulder Creek Trail and it is only a short walk to Pearl Street. The host provides lots of extras, like tea and toiletries. Great views from the living room!

Perfect Boulder Rental

My wife and stayed at the condo for a work conference in Boulder and it worked out perfectly for us. The condo is spotless and had everything you could possibly need. Property manager was attentive and our stay could not have been smoother. Love the eclectic decorating taste of the owner.

Great time in Boulder

The condo was fantastic. Very clean, comfortable for our family of 4. Great neighborhood, loved being able to walk around and be close to a park. Within 5-10 minutes of restaurants, shops. There is no elevator for the building. Unit is top floor so take into account for luggage, etc.

Fantastic place in great area of Boulder

We stayed at Laura’s place for three nights while visiting colleges. It’s in a great neighborhood, not far from Pearl & Walnut streets. The condo is SO nice and bright with large windows. Very spacious, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a balcony, large living area and kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed. The beds are super comfortable too! We loved Boulder and will definitely want to come back and stay here again. Laura was very accommodating and responded to any queries right away.
