Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire house, the full property including the backyard oasis, and the garage. Keyless entry provides seamless check-in. On-site parking is available for a maximum of four vehicles in the driveway and garage.

* **City Requirements:** The City of Palm Springs requires all guests to sign a separate written contract prior to arrival. You will also be required to provide a copy of your government-issued ID and the license plate numbers for all vehicles that will be parked at the property.

* **Pool Heating:** Optional pool heating is available for a fee of $99 per night. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice before your arrival to ensure the pool is heated for your stay.

* ** Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.
