Spend your vacation relaxing in paradise in Southwest Cape Coral. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, split floor plan home is located on a quiet canal where you can sit on your private screened lanai, relaxing while having your morning coffee or watching the amazing sunsets. Soak in the sunshine, on the lanai or just steps away to your own private dock on the water.
Home is located on a dead-end street. Close to the grocery store, restaurants & local amenities.
Upon entering the home through front French doors, you will immediately see the pool/canal view through the wall of sliding glass doors. Entrance is open concept with large great room & high ceilings. Living room at entrance has sofa (sleeper), love seat and large screen TV with cable & large desk. Moving toward the back of the home you will enter kitchen with granite counter tops and all the amenities of home you can imagine. The large wrap around bar seating 6, separates the dining room (seats 6) on one side and another living room on the other. This living room has plenty of natural light coming in and a view of the pool/canal. It has a sofa (sleeper), love seat and rocking chair.
The split floor plan has a master suite on one side of the home with a king size bed, large walk in closet, direct lanai access & view. The private bathroom has duel sinks, shower, soaker tub & separate toilet. The 2 guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side, allowing privacy for guests. Guest bedroom has queen size bed & 2nd guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. Shared guest bathroom has large walk-in shower.
Laundry room with complimentary washer, dryer and deep sink.
All bed linens, bath, kitchen & pool towels provided
Free unlimited Wi-Fi.
Outdoor living space includes screened lanai, pool, dining table for 6, sofa, love seat & overhead fans. Self-service grill- propane replacement is guest’s responsibility
Garage parking with additional driveway parking for up to 2 cars
No Smoking or parties.
Please be aware City of Cape Coral has a strict noise ordinance that they will enforce between the hours of 10pm-8am.

The house layout is ideal with a master suite on one side and a 2-bedroom with bath suite on the opposite side. The kitchen layout works well though the cabinets need to be better organized. The floors are a mix of very light carpet and white tile. The carpet needs to be cleaned, particularly at the pool sliding doors. The pool has a couple of missing tiles and the pool deck needs to be refinished but it is a nice area and definitely user friendly. Parking was never a problem though garage access would have been nice. We would visit again, despite these few items. Jennifer was always accessible and quick to take care of things.

Beautiful home on canal. Great neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay for the month of March 2025. The house was comfortable and we loved our time in the pool overlooking the canal. We brought our bicycles on this trip and the riding throughout the neighborhood was excellent. Very nice property.

Nice location

Nice house with great amenities. We loved using the heated pool. This is the first time we stayed this far west in Cape Coral but found we were still close to lot of what we love about Cape Coral. Home is very spacious and has what you need for a great get away!

Great house and location!

We had never been to Cape Coral. We had such a lovely trip. The weather wasn't as warm as usual, but we still took advantage of the pool area and dock. Perfect house for what we were looking for.

Very happy

The house is big enough for 10 people stay and sleep comfortably. Rooms are cleaned and very well cared. Kitchen are stocking up with everything needed for cooking. Pool and outdoor grill is the best part. We had a lot of fun and very happy during our stay here.

Large, Modern,Beautiful House with Pool on a Canal

We six women, who use to work together in Boston, MA, 40 years ago, had a very comfortable stay and memorable reunion‼️The chairs outside and inside were so comfortable. The beds were too except for one of the twins (time to replace and buy new).The lovely, well equipped kitchen was the favorite room for the week because of the accessible family room and dining room in an “open concept” design. We loved our stay‼️

Perfect place to stay

The house was clean and exactly as advertised. Communication with the owner was excellent. My only recommendation would've be for the owner to park their large SUV in the garage rather than the driveway so there's more room for guests to park. We were afraid to pull into the garage for dear we might scratch the Tahoe. Not much room. Otherwise, we had a perfect family vacation there.

Nice Cape Coral Home

My husband & I enjoyed our stay with 2 adult children to chill for a week. The kids and my husband passed the time and enjoyed fishing on the canal and the mangrove river at the end of the street. They caught quite a few fish but no keepers. (They also chartered a fishing boat in Ft. Myers) The pool was great to sit outside and have drinks in the afternoon if we were there. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area. The home had everything we could possibly need during our stay. Our only suggestion would be some continuous maintenance and updates in the pool area and the home, its a wonderful place!Thanks for letting us stay.

Much Needed Family Time

Overall we were very pleased with our stay in Cape Coral. The location of the house was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet (with some gorgeous homes nearby!) and the view of the canal was lovely. Our family had plenty of room in the spacious house. We had a few quirky issues with some switches in the house and the property owner was very quick to reply, in fact she was quick to reply to all of our questions. The pool was perfect to relax in. The pool deck area was in need of some repair but it certainly did not stop us from enjoying the sunny afternoons by the pool. We would certainly look at staying here again.
