Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return furniture to its original position. Close all window coverings. Turn off all appliances and heaters. After loading the dishwasher, please do not leave any dishes behind in the sink.
Remove all recycling from home to outside bins.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Beautiful property, hidden gem

Loved our stay at pajaro dunes. Needed a place to stay to springboard over to Monterey bay aquarium and found this gem. Very much enjoyed staying here over staying in Monterey. Much less touristy and the private beach was wonderful

Clean and beautiful

The place was very clean, very spacious and comfortable for a big family. It was amazing to be able to walk out into the beach each morning. We loved being able to hear the ocean from our rooms. Overall, we would stay here again.

This home was very clean and cozy, the kitchen had everything you needed to make a great meal. We enjoyed the very short distance to the beautiful beach. We were very pleased with this place and sad to leave. We will definitely come back. Best place to spend my birthday. Than you.

Wonderful weekend getaway!

The property was amazing! It suited our family of 5 and my in laws very well. It was close to the beach and the patio was relaxing with the sound of the waves. Very clean, kid friendly and spacious. Easy to prepare meals for the family in their fully stocked kitchen and the laundry machines came in handy after a day at the beach. Beds were also super comfy. Overall positive experience and would definitely book again!

Summer vacation

Excellent home. Perfect location on first floor for families with younger children. If had one recommendation for owners of this unit is to Upgrade living room TV to a smart TV. Gives families staying here more options on what to watch.

Don't count on the wifi unless they get it fixed, my daughter needed to do work and had to go to the main office.

Nice retreat

This place had everything we wanted but it was a little further away than we anticipated. There is nothing around it in terms of commerce, so you have to drive at least 15-20min to get to any kind of grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. as long as you realize that, the place is nice
