Clean home, fresh towels and bedding, just very responsive, view is of a small pond on property but bear both Cayuga and Seneca lakes which have lots of places to eat and wineries/breweries. Ithaca is nearby and the farmers market is worth it but get there early!

The property was just as described. It was clean and bed was comfortable. The deck was a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening star gazing. We’d definitely stay again on a future visit to the Ithaca area

There are 18 stairs leading to this garage apartment/unit. I was unaware of this. Also, the window box AC unit in the main bedroom was extremely loud. It turned on and off all night, but did work effectively. The second bedroom is essentially a storage space it worked for our needs though.The host was extremely nice and responsive. I felt safe traveling with just my mom and daughter.

This is a lovely, newly renovated apartment. The description is accurate. The bed was comfortable and the space was clean and quiet. A few things to be aware of: There is a rather steep outdoor staircase leading to the apartment. There is a rather loud air conditioner in the larger bedroom. Also, the area is quite hilly. I would not choose to stay at this location in the wintertime. Otherwise it was perfect.
