This comfortable and cozy 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath end unit townhome will be perfect for your next Athens visit! Situated right inside the loop, one mile from Sanford Stadiumand downtown Athens, just right around the corner from the original Mama’s Boy restaurant in the Carr’s Hill neighborhood, the unit is the ideal spot for a UGA game weekend or for visiting the historic college town.

This condominium is a pleasant walk to campus and only a short Uber ride to most locations in Athens. When staying with us, you will also find yourself just steps from the beautiful North Oconee River Greenway trail that connects to UGA’s South Campus.

The small, quiet complex has plenty of free parking, and this unit has high speed WiFi & cable, smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen including a Keurig with coffee/tea pods & condiments provided for your convenience. Each of the bedrooms feature comfortable beds with pillow top mattresses & upgraded linens, smart TVs, & attached full baths. All linens & upholstery are sanitized between guests, & the unit also features a self inflating elevated queen air mattress with extra linens to accommodate groups larger than 4 (which can be set up prior to your arrival, upon request). An additional 1/2 bath is located downstairs, right off the living area.

Overlooking a private wooded tract of land, the balcony is ideal for enjoying morning coffee or afternoon drinks. The unit is equipped with high speed WiFi is fully functional on the balcony area for Zoom meetings, FaceTime, etc.

This property also features a sparkling clean community pool for use during rhe Spring and Summer months. All surfaces are thoroughly sanitized between guests. The Keyless entry system adheres to CDC social distancing guidelines.

Great host! Excellent communication. Nice location within walking distance to downtown Athens and Sanford stadium. Was the perfect base for a weekend of college football. Also very close to the firefly trail and a few other biking/running trails that made for a great morning run or bike ride.

Quiet Location

We were there for the SEC Championships swim meet at UGA and the location was ideal because we we were close enough to walk to campus on the adjacent bike trail or drive 3 minutes if we didn't have the time to walk. The condo was clean, quiet and comfortable. The only recommendation is to add some blackout shades to the east-facing bedroom, the sunlight in the morning is intense.

Weekend Wedding

We were in town for a wedding and I can’t say enough good things about this property. It’s nicely decorated the accommodations are comfortable and extremely clean. I have stayed at many Vrbo properties and have never had such great linens. The towels and sheets were top-notch. The location of the property is convenient to everything and the host is an excellent communicator. This is a great place to stay would be great for a football weekend or graduation or parents weekend or a long-term rental if they do that. Great host great property. I would recommend it to anyone and I would use it again myself.

Fantastic stay

We loved our time at Allison’s home. I feel like with so many other home rentals, we’re staying in a random property that’s a glorified halfway house. Not here! We truly felt like guests in Allison’s personal home and the hospitality was a 10/10. We stayed here for the Georgia game and the VRBO was a 20 minute walk to campus - very convenient. All the amenities were wonderful and check in process was easy. We will be back!

Booked a somewhat last-min. stay for the G-Day game, property is clean, well-stocked and so adorable. Bedrooms spacious, beds extremely comfy. Very close to the campus/stadium as the crow flies, but actual walk would take a min since lots of hills. We drove extra early to find parking.Only issue I ran into was trying to get the app for door lock working, but owner thinks of everything annd had an lockbox with key on site so it worked out just fine. Owner was wonderfully accommodating, everyone was very happy, sending love from Raleigh! Thank you again
