The hosts were very responsive. I primarily booked this property for the porch and it did not disappoint. I love that even the porch was very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is very organized. The neighborhood is very quiet. I would stay here again.

We had a family wedding in Concord and this was the perfect house for my family.The house was adorable and so clean! I also loved how they had the cabinets labeled in the kitchen to tell you where everything is stored. The location was so convenient to all the wedding events.

Great stay!!

We loved staying at Concord Haven! Myself and 2 other ladies came to town for work. The house was on a dead end street. It was quiet and safe. We would stay again!!

Race weekend

The property was very clean and on a few minutes to the race track. I would stay there again. If come back in April, I will definitely try to stay there again.

Perfect House

We were in town for our sons wedding. This was a perfect place to stay. The home is immaculate and so warm and inviting. The owner have thought of everything to make your stay fantastic.

Overall just a wonderful place to stay. Our two young kids loved the big back yard. We loved the back porch. It was clean and stocked with more than we expected. Communication with the hosts was great. We plan on coming back to the area next year and we would absolutely rent this place again.

My wife and I have stayed at many VRBO/ABNB through the years and this place was absolutely perfect for our trip to Concord. Owners were great and made us feel very welcome. The house is extremely clean and nice and the back porch is one I want at home!!! We can highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

We stay in a lot of rentals - this home was perfect. Extraordinarily clean, very well appointed. Comfortable beds, and our fav room - the screened in back deck. Owners were responsive and gracious. Highly, highly recommend.

Business Trip

Sam & Bri were warm and hospitable, and the property was perfect for my needs. I had several business meetings in the area. I will definitely stay here again when traveling in the area for business. The kitchen and baths were well stocked, and everything was very clean and inviting. The back porch was a perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Highly recommend!!

Excellent house!

We was very impressed with Sam and Bri's house! Their 3 BR/2 BA house is on a quiet cul-de-sac, but very close to grocery stores, restaurants , and I-85. The house was well-stocked with everything! We loved the large screened back porch! So very peaceful and lovely overlooking the large backyard. If I ever need to rent in Concord, I will reserve this house again!Iissoclean! ,

Great rental for a group of revelers!

I was drawn to the Concord Haven for its proximity to the Carolina Renaissance Festival, and it did not disappoint! Everything was very clean, and Sam and Bri provided everything we could have needed, from shampoo and conditioner in the showers to a fully outfitted kitchen and coffee and water bottles in the fridge. My friends and I loved sitting on the picturesque screened porch in the mornings and evenings--very peaceful. This property is great for those who prefer a firm mattress. Check in/out was a breeze. Definitely recommend if you're in the area!

Stop your search and stay here

My husband and I were traveling with our 5 year old son and my mother-in-law. Concord Haven and Sam and Bri were a perfect fit! Communication was easy, expedient and friendly. The property enable us to have our own space while not being far from each other. The screened porch is a perfect spot for coffee with a huge backyard for kid exploration. So many personal touches, I can’t name them all. Not only do I want a repeat stay, I’ll recommend my whole family to stay there as well

This home was absolutely amazing! The host was so kind, setting up a fantastic coffee bar with tea, hot cocoa and the creamer! The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which saved me from having to pack those items with us. Plus, the labels everywhere made my OCD brain so ecstatic. The place was super cozy and welcoming, like we were right at home. We have older kids so we didn’t use the kid stuff but loved the kid bookshelf for littles, the toys and books were such a classic touch! The screened back porch was perfect for those chilly mornings with a hot cup of coffee!You can tell this couple really put thought into this home that this isn’t just something for them to make money on but an actual home away from home for families and friends! Also, the communication and check in was great! They were so caring in every aspect.

Best place for a family!

We stayed at Concord Haven for our first family trip and everything went smoother than I could ever imagine! First off, the place was emasculate and very organized. Everything was labeled, which made the house very easy to navigate. We had a baby and toddler with us and the house had everything we needed to travel with little kids and more! Sam and Bri were extremely responsive and accommodating to all of our needs. Even had night lights, kid plates/silverware, step stool, and even toys/games! They went above and beyond our expectations with every detail and I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area! Thank you so much for your hospitality!
