R&R begins the moment you walk through the door. Light walls, tile flooring, and an open floorplan make this space feel like home. Flowing from the entryway is the living room which features a leather couch and loveseat. You won’t have to miss out on your favorite shows thanks to the 65" Smart TV with cable and streaming service apps.

While NSB is known for its fantastic restaurants (JB’s Fish Camp is only 5-minutes away!), you’ll love having the option to stay in. The kitchen is beautifully updated with warm cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. You’ll find it equally as functional as it’s stocked with cooking essentials, a crockpot, blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and more.

You can serve meals either at the wrap-around breakfast bar for 5 or the dining table for 6. Those that prefer dining al fresco can eat on the 6th floor balcony. The outdoor space is the perfect place for hanging out with family, enjoying the Florida sunshine, and sipping drinks to the view of the estuary. Along with a table for 6, the balcony is furnished with cushioned armchairs, Adirondacks, lounge chairs, and even a 55" TV.

After hours spent enjoying the beach, you’ll find the upstairs lounge the popular place to recharge. Turn on the TV and start mixing up drinks at the wet bar. With a sectional, 70" Smart TV, and a built-in bar, you’ll find there’s no need to venture out for happy hour.

This condo provides everyone with the space they need to relax. Two guests can claim the primary bedroom which has a king bed, 55” Smart TV, two private balcony entrances, and an en-suite bathroom. The primary bathroom pampers with a jetted shower, jacuzzi tub, and his-and-hers vanities.

Similarly, the second bedroom sleeps 2 guests and provides a king bed, 43” TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is ideal for children as it holds a full bunk bed and twin trundle. Adjoining the bedroom is a bathroom with a standard bathtub and plenty of towels.

The condo is equipped with linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is WiFi, cable, streaming service apps, a drip and Keurig coffee maker, hair dryers, a washer and dryer, garage parking for 1 vehicle, and more.
