Great Location - Beautiful Views!

Origin at Seahaven is a great property, in a good location close to restaurants and shopping. The huge windows overlooking the water made it feel like you were right on the beach even though the property is across the street. 801+803 provided plenty of room for a family of 4 and the balony was perfect for both morning coffee and sunsets. We visited in November and were still able to enjoy the pool area since it has a heated pool. Host PCB was great to work with and quick to respond to any questions I had. Highly recommend!

Great service, great condo!

Our vacation was saved by the wonderful staff @ Hostpcb! When the washer goes down and you have teenagers that need clean clothes, you have a huge problem. But, with the awesome staff @ Hostpcb, our vacation was saved. Thanks to Javan and Sarah for all their help in getting our problem solved ASAP and the wonderful gift to Sharky's. They even offered another awesome condo, but we loved the view from this one so much, we decided to ride the storm out and glad we did. They had our washer replaced in a couple of days! SOOO, with this little problem out of the way, we continued to enjoy the fantastic condo as well as the convenience of the beach, Sharky's, Walmart and Pier Park. We will definitely book with these great folks again!!

The room was amazing, access to the beach was great! The only con was that there were two days that we could not find a parking spot in the parking deck. I called the front desk and they were very rude. There were several cars parked inside the deck with no parking passes, but it was the weekend when this happened. Other than that, I could not asked for a better room or experience!! The amount of space that you have in the particular double setting room is unmatched for the price.
