Chateaux 503

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great. Of the three times staying in Indian Shores, this was the nicest. Only improvement would be the shower head. There was an issue with the AC drain line and it was fixed in an hour. Very responsive.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at the Chateaux off and on for over 40 years. The property is always well maintained. I would recommend that the owner of unit 503 update furniture on the balcony. The chairs were worn, cushions were worn and dirty. Way to many chairs for a small space. Took away from the beautiful sunsets.
