This property was in a great location; so close to Old Town Scottsdale and many other fun activities. The home was modern and clean. The backyard/pool area was definitely our favorite. We would highly recommend this home for your next vacation.

The house was very clean, comfortable, and easy to enjoy. I was attending a conference while my wife had a wonderful time relaxing by the pool. The pool area was great, with toys, comfortable pool seating, and everything we needed. The entire house was very well organized, clean, and thoughtfully set up. We felt very comfortable during our stay and really loved the property. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a very nice stay, the host was more than helpful and checked in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly. Great communication and kind.It has a very "I feel at home vibe" rather than a I'm at a vacation rental. Very clean and well kept.

House was very clean & beautiful! Great communication with host. Beds were very comfortable with extra blankets in every room. The backyard was our families paradise. We really appreciated all the extras provided: laundry detergent, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, beach towels, coffee pods, shower soaps etc. TVs were easy to use and the host provided 2 great sounding Bluetooth speakers which we used daily. Closet was full of games and even a roll away bed (although we didn't need it). Thank you Raymond for opening your house to us.

The house was in a great location for our stay. We were visiting our daughter at ASU and this was very convenient to campus. The nearby park was great for morning walks and it was nice to spend relaxing afternoons in a private pool/lounging area versus a crowded hotel in Tempe. Very convenient to Scottsdale for shopping and restaurants.

This was just what we were looking for! Having a pool in August was an absolute must. The umbrella and pool loungers in the water is the best! We used everything, the ping pong table, throwing bags and the air hockey table. There were plenty of towels and swim towels. The kitchen had all that we needed and more. The living room couch was cozy and had comfy pillows and blankets. The beds were comfortable and had good bedding and pillows. It was so nice to have a covered parking area so the car could have some shade. The owner had great communication. We would definitely rent again and hope to be back soon!
