Great location- quick drive to anything you’ll want to do in St. Louis. Starbucks is a block away and many other food places, gas station, and convenience store super close. Host is very responsive!

Communication was excellent, the host was very helpful and responsive. We had to alter our dates about a month out and it was no issue and the money was immediately refunded. Location was good as well, only a 5 minute drive to forest park, the zoo and art museum. Everything else was a 10-15 min drive. Sadly the property was not exactly as advertised. The floors and kitchen and bathroom have been updated and were nice. Not a huge deal but the outside of the house looks really run down, overgrown grass and weeds but also trash on the ground and chipped paint. Inside all the door frames have a lot of chipped paint and there’s various nicks in the walls and baseboards are all stained so photos must have been edited. Biggest issue for us though was the beds and couch were really uncomfortable so we all had sore backs. I hate saying negative things as the host was so nice, hoping they will make the needed updates - new beds and couch, paint job and clean up the outside, as the place has a lot of potential.
