Our cottage has an ocean view of Diamond Passage and overlooks the tennis courts of The Trefethen Tennis & Sailing Club. The Cottage was built over 100 years ago and has rustic charm but has been painted throughout for a fresh and bright look.

Quintessential Island Cottage

It was all about the porch! Good times with a great view! House is an island gem. Not many old cottages left. So glad we got to stay here.

Nostalgic trip

Rustic but charming and in a great location. Hostess extremely responsive to any question or need. Our adult kids remembered and renewed their childhood love of Peaks Island, and the next generation had a first experience on Peaks.

Wonderful island getaway for the family

Great location directly across from the popular TEIA tennis and sailing club. Enjoyed spending time on the large wrap around porch, with comfortable chairs, watching the many passers by. Charming sunroom served as comfortable extra bedroom for my mother in law. Large living room w sectional sofa was perfect gathering spot for playing games w our 7-person group. Comfortable beds.
