Professionally decorated and appointed with everything you need. Enjoy the peaceful outdoors with the covered rear deck and additional backyard fire pit seating area. Enjoy playing corn hole or kicking the soccer ball. Plenty of room for your furry friends to run around as well. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

A perfect place for our little family Thanksgiving! A beautiful home with tasteful features. Pristinely clean. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were so comfortable! The hosts were very accommodating.

Family Getaway

We stayed at The Nelson for a weekend to have a family Christmas get together. It was great for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids. We had plenty of space. The area is very quiet and peaceful. The house was very organized and included some extras that we don't always find in vacation rentals. Our family would definitely stay there again.

Our Favorite

Our family has stayed in vacation homes many times and we all agreed this was our favorite! It was absolutely beautiful in structure and decor!! It was quiet and the space fit us perfectly. The host went above and beyond to help us with some chaos we had going on and was super pleasant in all communication. On the way home the kids asked if we could stay there again. Absolutely!!

Enjoyed the Nelson home

Nice property and clean to stay in. Minor negatives was bedrooms got hot at night, yet we found it is best to leave the bedroom doors open when sleeping; and had an issue with the gas grill, replaced the propane tank and that helped but i believe the burners have gotten plugged up a bit over time. Would have liked at least 2 of the bedrooms to have a TV but only the master bedroom did. But in all a great stay!! The Owners were very responsive when we asked a few questions! I would recommend this property if wanting to stay in Bella Vista!!! Thank you for the great stay, we did enjoy being there!!!
