Frank was a great host. He was able to accommodate a request for an air mattress. He checked in periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. The VRBO was clean, well maintained, and met all our needs.

Frank was great! He was very communicative and allowed us to even come in early and drop off our bags. The place was a great value for what we needed while we were in Phoenix. I would’ve left five stars, but there is a few cleanliness issues that probably have just come from wear and tear, such as cleanliness behind doors and under appliances, etc. Also, the location next to the Black Canyon Highway is quite noisy! Just be aware that you may need earplugs if you are a lighter sleeper. The area itself wasn’t too bad. We never felt unsafe as the community seemed well taken care of. All in all, a fairly decent super accessible to everything place!
