Sunshine Stables- a tropical Florida retreat

Upscale, well appointed large Florida-style home with hot tub, tucked into the peaceful serene forest adjoining the 74,000 acre State Forest full of recreational trails, abundant with wildlife. 15 minutes to downtown Naples for high end restaurants, shopping and the white-sand beaches.
The house is on expansive property, with a private setting. You can’t see the neighbors. There is nothing but wildlife; butterflies, birds, deer, palm trees, pines, and an abundance of tropical flora & fauna.
The home is a solid block house with high ceilings, recently built and appointed for comfort. There are two large living rooms, one on each level.
This is a perfect place to step away from the busy-ness of life and immerse in nature.
All the neighboring properties are horse farms. You could arrange a trail ride.
Sunshine Stables is right by the state park trail head. You can hike, mountain bike, or horseback ride.
Best of all, this paradise is in Naples!! Naples is known for their incredible beaches, fine dining, and a plethora of recreational activities for its thriving tourism industry. This is a gem!
