Our beautiful villa is conveniently located on Highway 27, close to W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway (Hwy 192), and just a short drive from Central Florida’s most popular attractions. You’ll be approximately 19 miles from Magic Kingdom, 11 miles from Animal Kingdom, 13 miles from Hollywood Studios, and 14 miles from Epcot. (Travel times may vary depending on traffic and the time of year.)

The villa is within minutes of everyday conveniences, including Publix Supermarket, Walgreens, and Walmart, as well as a variety of dining options such as Chili’s, Ocean House Seafood, Five Guys, Starbucks, Waffle House, and Chipotle, among many others.

Situated on a quiet street with no rear neighbors, this home offers peace and privacy — the perfect setting for a restful and rejuvenating stay. Comfortable beds and cozy furnishings create a warm, inviting atmosphere to relax after a day of adventure.

The main floor features two distinct living areas. At the front of the villa, you’ll find a formal living room and dining area, ideal for gathering or entertaining. AMAZING STAY

Everything was impeccable and very well stocked. We had lovely barbecues and enjoyed the jacuzzi. The location was just half an hour from thr parks. I highly recommend this property!

Disney Getaway

We wanted a place where we could relax after our long days at the Disney parks. It was just the right place just for that. Close to the parks and to anything we needed like groceries. We enjoyed the pool at the house and the larger one over at the clubhouse. This was our second time staying here and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Familty Vacation

Nice, very spacious, well kept property. Lots of room to spread out (nine of us including a 6 and 11 year old).Room for sit down meals when wanted and space to prepare them. Lots of games, if needed. This was a first time visit to Florida for most of them so spend a lot time at the parks. Family enjoyed pooll and hot tub in the evening.. Would recommend it and definitely stay there again.

Disney Vacation

Home met our expectations. It was very clean and kitchen was well equipped. Pool and hot tub was awesome after a long day at the park. We would stay here again.

Comfortable home

The house was beautiful and extremely comfortable! Heather is a very attentive hostess, she was very quick to answer any questions we had. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything and anything you would possibly need. 100% recommend

Amazing Stay

Although the weather was horrible, the house made it worth the vacation. It was nicely decorated and clean. So many things to do for the kids from books to games, the pool and the garage with entertainment. Close to the pharmacy, stores and Disney. Thank you!

Amazing Property!!

We spent a week here with our family and my sisters family! We had kids with us ranging from 7-18 and they all had a blast! It was far enough from Disney to avoid Disney groups - but close enough to Uber. There really is no need to leave the house though! Plenty of room, lots to do and a great pool! We made some great memories and were extremely impressed with the property and how clean it was!

Great Vacation

We had a great vacation at this property. We had 4 adults and 4 kids (teens) and we had plenty of space. The house was very clean when we arrived. Everything like the parks, airport and convention center was within half an hour from the house maybe longer during peak times. Stores and restaurants were very close by. Great quiet neighborhood. Heather was a great host and very responsive when I had any questions. The beds were super comfortable, we all slept so good! The kids enjoyed the pool and was nice to come home to after a day at the parks. Thanks, Heather!

Would only stay again if last resort.

The ad says heated pool. The owner doesn't tell you till check in time that its heated by outside air, therefore it was pretty chilly. The air only goes to 71 and everytime you open the door ot turns off. You dont realize this till it's 76 degrees. The master shower is poorly designed or needs a different shower head. If you turn the water on from outside the shower you get soaked & if you get in & then turn it on of course you freeze because the water is cold at first.

Perfect family vacation villa

Staying at the tucked away villa was a wonderful experience, the property is modern, clean, and clearly well looked after. The owners are super friendly and contactable. Not only the owner inform us anyone that need to visit the property (pool maintenance etc.) But they also left the details of the management vompany if needed. We felt secure in the propert and overall were able to relax. The neighbourhood is fairly quiet and you cant here anything outside once you're indoors. The weekly pool maintenance means the pool is clean and well looked after, which just added to enjoyment of using it for us. Finally, the set of supplies left in the villa meant when we arrived late on our check in day, all we had to do was order skme takeout as everything else was ready. Really can't recommend enough!

Great Disney Vrbo

House is immaculate and had some really nice amenities for all of us (ages 4-42). Plenty of space, super clean, very cozy feel all around. We felt right at home during our stay. Even made some cute, little reptile friends out back by the pool lol The ONLY complaint (if you can call it that, really more of a PSA for others who are shuttling little ones around) is that the listing description states this home "...is only 15 minutes away from Walt Disney World". While that is technically true, we read that to mean the individual parks (Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios), but in reality it's the campus. The parks themselves proved to be anywhere between 25-45 minute drives depending on the traffic flow at that particular time. Not the end of the world! Again, more of a PSA than a complaint. Would 10000000% stay again. As a matter of fact the kiddos are already asking to come back next year!

Excellent property with very good proactive owner.

We were very happy with this holiday villa for our family of ten 14 day stay. The property was nice and clean and very well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen lovely and clean and good quality utensils. Towels and bedding were also a good standard. Location is fine for visiting the attractions which were each around 30-45 minutes drive away. We had no major issues during our stay and contacted the owner on a couple of occasions with minor queries which were answered promptly and courteously and with full support. Very happy to have stayed here. Some suggestive feedback to the owner would be around minor observations. There was no information pack, such as we have had in previous holidays to Florida. These would usually include advice about local takeaway food services, distances and best routes to the main theme parks, instructions on how to use the cooker, pool cleaning service timetable, and whether the barbecue was available for guest use. My wife also would have liked a full length mirror in the main bedroom. We had to buy some tea towels for the kitchen as there was only one at the property. All minor stuff that did not in any way spoil a great stay at this lovely home. Thank you.

A Great Week!

This home was clean and looked just as pictured. It was nice having a Master Bedroom on the main floor and upstairs. Nice space to use for playing games and hanging out. The pool and hot tub were great too! We would stay here again!

Perfect for us

We had a great stay. The villa was well equipped and clean - kitchen had everything we needed to cook - the pool was nicely heated and everything worked. We also liked the location. Communication with the host was great - we would definitely return.

The proximity of this villa to shopping, restaurants and the Disney World Theme Parks along with being able to just get away from it all and find time to relax! We love that we have no back neighbors and the private feel of the pool area.
