The Simpsons arcade game was what we were looking forward to the most. Specifically asked the host if it was working, they said yes, it was not.

Our reservation was canceled on the day of check-in due to a reported issue with the property's running water. Unfortunately, this left our group of nine, who had traveled for a bachelorette weekend, scrambling to find last-minute accommodations.The most disappointing part of the experience was the communication. While the host informed us of the cancellation, there was no assistance offered in identifying alternative accommodations or guidance on next steps. Given the timing of the cancellation, more proactive communication and support would have made a significant difference.A same-day cancellation had a major impact on our trip, resulting in unexpected stress, additional costs, and lost time. I understand that emergencies can happen, but I would have appreciated more empathy and a greater effort to help mitigate the situation.Based on this experience, I would not book this property again, particularly for a special occasion or group trip where reliability is essential.
