One block from Perry Street Pizza, Perry Street Brewing, coffee and juice shops, yoga, and more. The South Perry Farmers Market runs every Thurs. from May to Oct.
Quick access to I-90, 15 minutes to Spokane International Airport. Downtown Spokane, hospitals and Gonzaga are even closer.

The front porch offers a quiet location to enjoy the sunrise or sunset as friendly neighbors walk dogs in the neighborhood. The sunroom entrance from the porch allows great sunlight and plenty of room to store your shoes and coats. The entire house is yours but the detached garage is locked and unavailable.
