We had such a wonderful stay! The pool area was the perfect size and I loved how it faced south so we always had sunlight. The house is near everything you need —- restaurants, grocery stores, parks, etc. and Disney is only a 30 minute drive.

Peaceful Stay

Our family had a great experience staying here. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. With a short distance from everything we wanted to do it was the perfect location. The pool was amazing and my daughter swam every chance she got. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice and quiet spot for a family

Heated pool was great, especially since it wasn’t an additional charge. Location was quiet and easy to get to our destinations in Orlando. All in all my family was happy with this spot and would stay again.

Nice quiet neighborhood

We wanted a place with a pool for our granddaughter and her friend for her 13th birthday trip. It was perfect after long days at Disney. The location was in a quiet neighborhood with amenities close by. It was a comfortable stay for the four of us.

Great place to stay when visiting Disney

The house was amazing. Just as it was in pictures and listing. Very clean, very quiet neighborhood, and close enough to all the restaurants, Disney, golf courses. The pool and brand new gas grill were the cherry on top. Loved being outside grilling dinner for the family and relaxing in the pool.

Quiet Neighborhood near Disneyworld

Great place in Davenport. FL. Very quiet, neighborhood. Convenient location to Clermont to watch our daughter play college softball for the week. House has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The best feature is the pool, which is heated, making it usable day and night.

Great property in nice area

The house is situated in a nice, quiet area but still close to supermarkets and restaurants. Universal and Disney are approx 30-40 min drive. Tampa around 1hr away and so is Kennedy Space center. It has everything you could ask for and we really enjoyed the pool when at home. Enrique did everything to make sure our check-in and stay were as smooth as possible. Good value overall.
