A short two miles from Grady Brown Park, you'll have access to a boat ramp with boat trailer parking, canoe/kayak launch, fishing dock, sandy beaches, and picnic areas on the Choctawhatchee Bay. Thomas Pilcher Park is also located at the 331 bridge for fishing & boat launch. Bring your boat or wave runners. This home has lots of available room for parking. 20-minute drive to Grayton Beach or Topsail State Park Beach Access with parking/restrooms. Other public beach access available along 30A. Relax on the front or back covered porch with your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Large brick fire pit available for roasting marshmallows or just relaxing by the fireside.
