Spacious Duplex with Private Hot Tub and EV CHARGER!!

Welcome to 62 Hawn Drive, your home away from home for your next adventure in the mountains. The property is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath half-duplex located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Frisco. At 2770 square feet and 3 levels of living space, there is plenty of room for the whole group. The main floor consists of a nice sized living area complete with large television and gas fireplace, remodeled kitchen and dining area. The main floor also has one bedroom with Queen bed and a full bath.

Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, the master suite complete with King bed and en-suite bath. The upper floor also has a second bedroom with King bed and another full bath. Please note, both bedrooms on the upper level have air conditioning. The lower level contains a bedroom with 2 Twin sized beds, full bath, laundry room and family room. It's a big family room with plenty for the kids, including large wall-mounted TV, video game console, card table and Queen sized pull out sofa for additional bedding.

The property comes with an attached 2 car garage complete with EV CHARGER and large driveway on the front. There is also a nice backyard complete with deck, gas grill and private hot tub for your soaking pleasure.

Perfect Location for a family Thanksgiving Holiday

As a family, we loved the location most of all. The house was easy to find and fit our family needs well. Preparing a Thanksgiving dinner away from home can be difficult, but with Safeway so close - it turned out to be fairly easy.

A Great Thanksgiving Stay

We stayed at this property with our three kids, my sister and her husband for Thanksgiving and a little skiing. We tend to ski at Breckenridge and love staying in Frisco as it's close and easy to get back and forth. This property was perfect for all of us. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Close to downtown and the supermarkets. The kitchen was well stocked (we had no issue cooking Thanksgiving with supplies from Whole Foods nearby). And the game room downstairs was a hit with the kids. And the hot tub was a bonus after skiing. We had a few small issues during our stay (the garage door wouldn't close), but the property management company was amazing and fixed it immediately. If we ever buy a property in Frisco, I'd use Big Horn Rentals as my management company as they were amazing.

Great Stay in Frisco

We didn’t know this was the case when we booked this home but we were the first family to stay there after they had rehabbed most of the home. This home has great space for families or multiple families. The basement’s video game was a big hit with the kids and they enjoyed having their own space to hang out. The view on the decks of the kitchen and master bedroom is amazing. There are a number of new appliances including a washer and dryer in the basement. The location is close to a number of grocery stores, restaurants and a Walmart, while still being less than a mile walk to downtown. Property management was super responsive to any issues. Would strongly recommend this home for families or even multiple families.
