2 sets of bunks in 2 rooms making it ideal for kids. Pool and workout facilities a short walk. Extremely peaceful and plenty of parking. Trails and river rafting super close.. tubes and other river toys available!

Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure the garbage is taken down to dumpster. Ants can get bad in the summer!
Please make sure the cover goes back on the grill.

Our family bought the condo 9 years ago and we ski with our 3 kids in the winter. We just recently started renting. Our kids grew up on the mtn on the development program, it is our home away from home! Truly love the white mountains.
