No glass or pets in pool areas.
Pools close at 10:00 PM. No entry allowed after hours.
Quiet time is from 11:00 PM until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music, voices, or other audio. No running or playing on stairs.
Do not hang towels or clothing on balcony railings.
Please be respectful of the owner’s expenses by setting the air conditionIng thermostat to 74 degrees or higher during warm weather. Keep windows and doors closed when the A/C is in use.
Smoking is allowed on the patio only. NO smoking in the unit. Please close patio doors when smoking to prevent smoke from going indoors.
