About this property

Beautiful Beach house in Million dollar neighborhood. One house back with exceptional waterfront views. The waves will Lull you to sleep. Can watch beautiful sunsets from upper level balconies. Within 20 feet of Surf and sand and lots of activities including watching them surf from the balconies. The Famous 1920's Belmont park and restaurants are in walking distance and shopping too. Has a two car garage but one is for a compact size and the other SUV. Beach decor throughout so you will feel like you are in Hawaii!

The neighborhood:: Our home is located one house back from the boardwalk which is really nice because you can still view and see what the oceanfront has to offer as far as views but without the noise factor. So at night it is much quieter because of the protection you get from being one back. The neighborhood is exclusive with million dollar homes. You get the same views as the million dollar homes but at a very good price. There is a two car garage one for SUV and other for a small compact car. There is a washer dryer on the property.

Cleaning Fee is included:: We will have our agreement form come out to you to read and sign if you agree to the terms and there will be a security deposit, which is totally refundable upon the checking out of our home after you depart within 14 days. Also there is a room tax of 10.5% to the rental price and the cleaning fee will be included in the rate. You will have fresh linens and towels and a totally equipped kitchen. All you need is your suitcase and your in.

Great location

Great location and perfect for our family. First time in Mission Beach. Happy we didn’t stay closer to the amusements as it was pretty rowdy there. Beach was nice besides the seaweed (not fault of owner, obviously). Beautiful quiet home and we enjoyed our short stay there.

Great house close to the beach

This house was great for the proximity to the beach. There was one broken bed upon our arrival. The only other bad part about this property is its extremely hard to park in the garage. We had a mini van that could barely make it. The neighbors also park in the alley making it almost impossible to get the van into the garage. There is no other nearby parking.

Everything was great, we struggled with parking but owner told us of a free lot so we parked there.

We would rent again! We had 2 young children and 5 adults. Plenty of beds and space. A lot of stairs if that’s an issue for someone. Slept listening to ocean!

Overall pleased

Property location was perfect. Kitchen was a good size and property overall was well maintained by owners which is hard with the salty air. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We are a family that purchased this home to enjoy during the offseason with our grandchildren. We work a lot but love to vacation so we now have the best of both worlds. We also keep lots of children’s necessities for families like ours who need strollers and high chairs, play pens as well as beach toys.

Why they chose this property

The dolphins jumping out of the water and the whale watching during certain times of the year really captivated us and we love the climate all year round. Mostly sunny and warm with temperatures usually around 70.

What makes this property unique

Our house sits so close to the sand and surf you will think you are waterfront. If you want upscale at wholesale prices you will get just that. The house has all the comforts of being at home. There is plenty of room for family reunions. And we even have baby items to help with your travel needs, like play pens, strollers and high chairs.
