Surrounded by Multi million dollar homes and a stones throw to beach and has same views as waterfront, location is everything and this is right there where you can park your car ( 2 car garage)and walk to all restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The house has large patio for barbeques with seating for more than 10. There are two balconies on second and third floors with great water views. Whole house has been remodeled with granite, travertine and natural stone bathrooms. First floor has two queens, full bath, wadrobe closet, tv.with dvd and french doors open to patio.Second floor living area has flat screen t.v. and kitchen with dining and living area all open to entertaining, with second floor bedroom for 4 to sleep comfortably. Third floor has king size bed with t.v. and full bathroom and balcony. The three story home is fully furnished with fresh linens and comes with free cleaning.

Relaxing Spring Break

Perfect location and setup for a family spring break vacation. Seconds from the beach with all the goodies for a kids beach day. Walking distance to Belmont and awesome cafes and restaurants. Home is equipped with everything you could need to get away and relax.

It was nice.

The property is nice. The location is great. If you are going to be there for a week you will need to provide toilet paper and paper towels. The parking is tight. We drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee and we had to park at an angle in the garage. The neighbor has people stay with him and they park in front of his garage and it makes for a tight fit going through to the property. The cleaning people could do a better job. There was a piece of tortilla by the table leg, coffee still in the coffee pot. And quite of bit of debris under the couch cushions.

Beautiful location!

This property has an amazing location right on the beach. We had two families stay here and it was perfect for what we wanted, right on the beach close to activities. We spent the days at Belmont amusement Park and the beach. Overall, a great stay!

Fun spring break with the grandkids

Nice space, convenient location. Parking is definitely tight. But overall was an enjoyable experience

John is a retired Orange County fireman and I still run a clothing boutique in Newport Beach. I came from Boston and John from Ohio and we met in Huntington Beach got married in 1979 and have 3 children, yours mine and ours! We have 6 grandchildren ranging in ages 3-16, We travel a lot but when we come to our home in San Diego it makes us feel as we do when we are in Hawaii. Love the sound of the Ocean and and waves.

Why they chose this property

Well we happen to fall upon this location when we were looking ourselves to vacation, And as we walked onto the patio level 2, dolphins were jumping out of the water, so I just said I am in love with this view and would try to buy it if it were for sale and it happened, Its been a great place especially therapy for the mind.

What makes this property unique

When you are at the house you are really at the beach, it is that close to the surf and sand, it has all the smells and sounds of the ocean. You will feel renewed after you take a walk along the beach and know that this is one of the best places you could come to feel free. I love the boardwalk day or night and all it has going on, from people watching to exercise.
It is as real as it gets you may even need to pinch yourself to know you are really there.
