Kick back and relax with your friends/family in this comfy, stylish home! You'll enjoy our indoor space AND outdoor space! With comfortable beds, Smart TV's, and a spacious living room w/ vaulted ceiling, there is room for everyone to relax together. Outside you'll enjoy our large private fenced-in back yard with grill, lounger chairs, and patio to soak in the sun or sit under the stars. We're walking distance to Sarasota BMX, Ed Smith Stadium, and a mile to stores/restaurants. Pet-friendly, under 30lb!

NOTE: the driveway is shared with a long term tenant who rents the garage space. The person parks to the left when they are there, and has no access to any other part of the house, yard, or property.



Tenant does not use nor have access to other areas of the property or house, neither indoor or outdoor.

Spring Training

The house was as expected and as shown on line. We traveled to attend Spring training games at Ed Smith Stadium. The house is a great spot to walk to the stadium, which is exactly what we were looking for, however, the other homes on the street were not equally cared for and that was not what we were expecting. Overall though, a very clean & comfortable stay!

Annual Golf Trip

The house was as describe. We were told that someone was renting the garage and we couldn’t use it, so we thought someone was storing a car or equipment in there. Come to find out we heard noise in the garage early in the morning like water running, when we left for golf a woman came out of the side door of the garage, we talked to her and she said she was living in the garage. The area was not the best, the house across street looked like it should be demolished and a new house should be built.
