One of a kind cozy loft cottage with boat ramp and a magnificent view.

Take in a spectacular view perched on an elevated deck overlooking the water. We think you’ll appreciate the alluring ambiance of this quaint, well appointed cottage that has a lot of character. Sleep in a comfortable queen sized bed in the loft while a sofa bed is available in the main living area. Enjoy the comfort of a screened porch that’s designed to be “the best room in the house”! Bring your boat and use our ramp to put it in and dock it. You’ll have access to both electricity and water from the dock. The dock and the elevated deck are equipped with tables with umbrellas and cushioned chairs to provide you with comfort and all you need to settle in and enjoy the pleasures of being on a dock on a lake! Please note that we have 2 well behaved and adorable male Pomeranians that will be on the premise and that we will respect your willingness to interact with them or not.

My wife & I were looking for a place to relax & enjoy the lake. Patti & Stan were tremendous hosts! They far exceeded our expectations. They are a lovely couple that provided us with a sweet, very clean cottage that was so well stocked! They seemed to anticipate all of our needs and then some. The cottage has a spacious screened porch that allowed us to enjoy our morning coffee and lazy evenings while taking in the beautiful view of the lake. The dock was another of our favorite spots to soak in the views. We were definitely on “ lake time” while at the cottage. WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Had everything we needed for our stay for our fishing tournament at Dreher island. The boat ramp at the property makes spending the day out on the lake so much easier. Property owners are a gem.

Wow! This cottage is so beautiful!! Patti and Stan have thought of anything and everything you could possibly need during your stay. The sunrise on the lake, lunch on the dock, green light dock at night made this trip memorable for sure!! The cottage was also very clean and inviting upon arrival. Definitely hope to visit again!

I can’t say enough good things about this property. The hosts always provide everything we need in this precious, cozy cottage on the lake. This was our 4th time there! The hosts could not be more gracious. The boat ramp and dock are wonderful. Each time we leave there, we start making plans to go again!

Absolutely loved every moment we spent there. The cottage is beautifully decorated. It is so quaint and comfortable. The lake is clear and clean for swimming or boating. Such a relaxing atmosphere . Amazing Location

My husband and I absolutely loved this property. The cottage was clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked and there's a smart tv in the living room. The location cannot be beat - right on the lake with a boat launch on the property. We were able to keep our boat in the lake for the length of our stay. Patti and Stan were wonderful hosts and we cannot wait to come back in the fall!
