Very centrally located to reach local activities- boat ramp down the road, walkable to river to launch kayaks and fish. Hiking, waterfalls down the road
The place was great, Warren was better than great. Snowmobile trail were right there next to the house. More than enough room in the house with lots of amenities. Highly recommend a stay

Paul has been a great guest that has stayed more than once at the house. His group has respected the house and kept it in great condition. I look forward to seeing Paul next winter for more snowmobiling!
Plenty of space for family, kids and pets to take advantage of beautiful Errol. Kids loved the air hockey table and amazing view from the yard for 4th of July fireworks.
This was our first side by side trip to NH, with family and friends. Beautiful view from the house. The house is plenty big for larger groups and very close to the trail!we would definitely come back again!
Great house for what we needed. Our family was there for a week for an event at the Northern Waters outfit across the river. We could bike back and forth to the house and there was plenty of space for everyone. The air hockey table was a big plus as well!

We had everything we needed. Nice place to share with a large family and friends. The host was wonderful. The late checkout time is a great addition! Thank you!
Beautiful surroundings and soothing sound of the river was so much appreciated.

Anna’s group were amazing guests. She left the house in great condition. I would love to have her back anytime!
I am glad the rain did not ruin her ski trip at Sunday River.
I held my wedding at the big red house and it was absolutely wonderful! The house was very clean and the large yard held plenty of space for a 30x50 tent. Warren was very responsive over the many months leading up to the big weekend.Thank you again Warren!
First off, Warren was AWESOME!!! He was so easy to get a hold of if anything was needed. The house is very outdated but it is kept very clean. The yard is extremely well maintained! We had a great time! Thank you.

I’m glad you had a good time and your vacation went well!
I would remind future guests that the house is not entirely outdated. I do have a brand new walk in shower, new couch, and all the bedding is new.
I am continually working on updating the house as time goes on.
Not enough air conditioning downstairs some missing screens created bug problems. The building was large enough for all of us(10) 5 kids 5adults. Plenty of parking nice fire pit ( plenty of wood provided).Clean and well stocked with towels linens We enjoyed it and hope to be back next year. Thanks for everything Warren
House and property was great! Big yard with plenty of room to play. Air hockey and tons of board games. Haven’t played connect 4 in years! Kids enjoyed it just as much as the adults! Great views of the mountains and river! Only negative is that the oven needs replaced. Would stay here again

Thanks for taking care of the house! I’d like future guests to know that the oven is old, but is operational and still works.
Thanks for staying in Errol!

Served its purpose
The house was fine for a quick overnight when we just needed a place to crash but I would not want to stay any longer. The house was incredibly outdated which was not terribly bothersome until you got into the bedroom where the bed and sheets were likely the same ones from 1970. The house was not very clean. The kitchen was where we noticed that most. The house has a lot of potential but desperately needs updating. The host was great and the location is great.

Molly was a great guest. The house gets deep cleaned before the arrival of every group.
I do market this as an older house with good charm. Although the house is old, the beds and sheets are brand new.
I think ‘outdated’ is a harsh way to describe the house. All appliances work well and all furniture is clean with no stains.
I would urge future guests to look at recent reviews from larger groups who viewed the house differently.
