The house was clean, well stocked, and had plenty of room for our party of 12. The grandkids loved the hot tub and the parents and grandparents enjoyed the gas fire place on the deck. The host was quick to respond to all my questions and we would certainly reserve this house again.

Our extended family has stayed here for 3 years, and we have already deposited for next 2027. It is located within a short 7 minute walk to the beach which we take advantage of every day. And the super outdoor deck is perfect for resting up as well as grilling a nice dinner. Plenty of parking to accommodate guests for dinner.

Overall it's a nice place to stay with 7 real bedrooms very close to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill worked well. There is a shed with beach stuff like chairs and umbrellas.

The house was perfect for our family celebration - lots of bedrooms and living space. And everyone loved the hot tub! By far the best part was the excellent communication that Richard provided. We had a little trouble getting into the house and he responded immediately - which we so appreciated. He also quickly answered the questions we had before we arrived. And we had great weather - a wonderful long weekend. Thank you, Richard!

The place was everything I had hoped for and more. Great access to the beach. We were lucky to have low tide midday so there was plenty of room at the public access. The house had very comfortable rooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and enjoy a great seafood/lobster dinner and many more dinners. I was surprised that the kitchen had so much. Hot tub and gas fire pit were really fun. Everything we needed to make great memories. Highly recommended!

Very clean and well maintained. There are 10-15 stairs from driveway to living quarters, just so people with bad knees know! Worth the stairs if you don’t mind. We had a great time.

The house worked perfectly for my group of 12! Each adult couple has their own bedroom which was amazing! The kitchen was well equipped and big enough to cook family meals! Hot tub was a bonus, overall a great stay!

We would definitely come back again! Steps to the beach. We were greeted with a thank you note and bottle of champagne. Our children were obsessed with the hot tub. The adults were obsessed with the view off the back and the amount of space in the house!!

A great house in a great location, within a short walk or a short drive to a couple of choices of beaches. Also, less than 5 minutes from the grocery store and other fun shops. The seven bedrooms were all comfortable, and the downstairs layout gave us room to hang out in the kitchen as well as for groups to play games in the living/dining room. The hot tub on the back porch was by far a favorite during all hours of the day.
