Located just steps from the shoreline our home is designed for groups who want to park the car and walk to the best of Williams Bay.

Gather Together: The main floor features a stunning open-concept design. The fully stocked chef's kitchen boasts a breakfast bar (seats 4) and bistro table (seats 2), flowing into a large dining area that seats 10 comfortably.

The "Fun Zone" (Lower Level): The ultimate hang-out spot! Features a massive sectional sofa, 75-inch flat-screen TV, Air Hockey table, and a variety of puzzles and board games.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM LAYOUT Sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably with premium, professionally laundered linens.

Bedroom 1 (Main Level): Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV, walk-out Juliette balcony with lake views.

Bedroom 2 (Main Level): Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV, walk-out Juliette balcony with lake views.

Bedroom 3 (Main Level): Two Twin Beds.

Shared Bath (Main Level): Full bathroom servicing the main floor bedrooms.

Bunk Room (Lower Level): Four built-in, adult-sized Twin Bunk Beds (sturdy and comfortable for kids or adults).

Lower Level Bath: Full bathroom and laundry center.

Relax: Private 7-person hot tub and a gas fire pit with seating for 6.

Recently renovated house with big open spaces

Recently renovated, everything was thoughtfully placed...tons of things to do for the kids (games, beach towels, wagon, ping pong table, etc.) and a fully stocked kitchen made this house a pleasure to stay in. Host was absolutely wonderful and quick in response to random questions. We were visiting family in the area and know the area well. Will definitely stay again if we have a larger party that comes in the summertime to visit Williams Bay.

Awesome Lake Geneva Weekend

Spent a weekend here for my bachelor with some family and friends. The house was super clean and exactly as advertised. Location is awesome, too. Absolutely perfect. This was the best place for our four generation family vacation. The house is extremely clean, well stocked with everything we needed. My grandson loved the bunk beds, garage full of toys but most of all the scooters. He loved riding the scooters while we walked to the Green Grocery for coffee each morning. Passes to the public beach were included. Beach chairs and toys were available. The host was accommodating and replied within 24 hours to all questions and messages. We will be staying here again. It couldn’t have been more perfect. Our favorites from the trip Location and walk ability, we walked to dinner, the beach and the shoreline. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at this wonderful home! The owners have truly thought of every detail! Closets equipped with laundry bins hangers, luggage racks. LOVEDthe labeling of the kitchen cabinets!! Perfect home and perfect location.

This was the perfect home for our multigenerational family group. It offers a perfect area for the teens with the finished walkout basement. Great selection of toys for our 2 year grandson. Nicely remodeled ranch home just steps from the water. Easy walk / short drive to some great restaurants / park / beach area. Had everything needed to prepare meals there.
