For someone traveling alone, the neighborhood felt very warm and welcoming and safe. The host was extremely responsive and answered any questions quickly. Everything was just as described and it would be a perfect place for one or two people.

Great Stay

Property managers were really responsive and easy to communicate with. They went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and welcomed in the space. I felt more than safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed the beach access!

Very convenient

We were in RI for my daughter’s boyfriends graduation from OCS training at the naval base. Location was very convenient in relation to the base. Very clean. Would stay again.

Sandy beach studio

This is on a small but very nice sandy beach in a quiet neighborhood. Pictures are accurate and size works for 2 people. The neighborhood has many right of ways to the beach which we loved. A great Rhode Island getaway.

Cozy place in great neighborhood

The room was clean and comfortable. Had everything I needed. It is small, but perfect for one or two people. The neighborhood was cute and quiet, and the beach is a five minute walk away. Homeowner was very easy to work with and flexible. I would definitely stay there again!

Cute spot for a short trip

Traveled to RI with a friend and had a great stay in this cute little apartment. Parking and check-in both super easy. Apartment is tiny but was all we needed. The murphy bed was a little uncomfortable (thin mattress I guess) and the bathroom shower is very tiny but all in all we had a nice time. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We loved the short walk to the beach where we could sit and hang out.

It was exactly as I had seen in pictures online. It was very clean and had everything I needed. Response to questions was quick and thorough. Very private and safe neighborhood. Ideal for one person or one couple. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Sweet little nook

We were down for the Newport Jazz Festival, and this was the perfect base camp. We're sorry we didn't make it down to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty. The apartment was very clean and comfy. It's a great location for the state beaches, Newport, and the adorable Wickford village is nearby. Our host Steve was very responsive!

Great location, just right for a couple's getaway

Apartment was exactly as pictured, perfect for our needs. Private and quiet neighborhood, murphy bed was comfortable, hosts were very nice. Lots of space, although the layout spreads the storage around so takes a little thought to fully utilize. A prior review noted the lack of a TV, this has been fixed, there is a TV with Roku (and a nicely stocked bookshelf for the rainy day). Bathroom is a little tight, but has everything you need other than counter space. Walk to cute beach, small but uncrowded. Would love to stay here again, much nicer than a hotel and cheaper as well.

Nice Rhode Island hideaway

Our stay in Stephen’s studio apartment was great. The apartment is small, but well equipped. The Murphy bed was comfortable enough. The neighborhood where the home is located is very nice. The location is convenient to shopping. The beach is nearby, but the weather while we were there was not conducive to beach going. The one item missing, which I failed to appreciate, was a television. Since we did not spend much time there, it was not an issue. However, I failed to notice there was no TV in the list of amenities. This was my mistake, not something deliberately left out of the listing. There is Wi-Fi, so streaming would have been possible. We enjoyed our stay there, and would consider staying there again if we were in the area in the future.
