Excellent Property!

The condo was perfect for us and the view was spectacular! Having only 1 functioning elevator slowed things down a little upon check in but it was not a huge issue by any means. Everyone was friendly and our stay was relaxing and fun. The beach is beautiful and was not overcrowded. I wish we could have stayed longer but we are considering making this an annual trip!

Sister get away

This unit was great and right on the beach. The only complaint is the the elevator is EXTREMELY slow, and the second elevator was broken. This caused many many many long wait times. Other than that, we have no complaints.

Great views & location! Would stay again.

PROS: Just as described, with wonderful views from the balcony that spans the entire width of the apartment, with access from the master bedroom & living room! Spacious and clean, with plenty of towels, full kitchen & washer/dryer made for a very convenient stay. Starter set of toiletries, dish soap/sponge, dishwasher detergent pods, & laundry pods were SUPER helpful, too! Livingroom had a smart TV so we were able to enjoy movie night when it rained--wonderful! Managers reasonably responsive. CONS: 1) No beach gear or towels provided. I asked the property managers, and they sent me links to delivery services so I bought my own set to use, since it amounted to one day's rentals at those rates. Then, come to find out there is a guy right at the base of the beach access who rents beach gear daily for $45 for 2 chairs & umbrella for guests of One Seagrove Place. It costs so little to buy a set for guests to use--I'd happily have paid a little more to rent the place if it provided gear. 2) Starter coffee would have been really nice, and costs so little. The little touches go a long way for weary travelers. 3) Board games would have been nice for a rainy day 4) The runner in the entry way was rolling up on opposite corners and caused us all to trip so much that we put it away to avoid falls. 5) Many vertical blinds were missing from the set in the livingroom--could be an issue for anyone using the pullout couch to sleep. Overall would stay again!

Management Disaster

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived at 6pm due to traffic issues and our door passcode would not work. There was nobody on site and the emergency call service would pick up and say “please hold” and never get back. We tried from 3 different phones for over an hour. I had my son and husband combing the building looking for anyone to help. We found a security guard that first says he couldn’t help but after pleading gave us his emergency code that to his surprise worked. No “after 5” assistance is a home safety concern! There was garbage left in the unit, roaches crawling, clothes left in the dresser and dirty lenin on the pull out. My groceries were already hot from being locked out and the refrigerator was broken. We waited most of the next day for repair to the door and fridge (which wasn’t fixed) as they said they had to come from Panama City. Such a shame as there is very little condos on the beach in 30A. We were offered $150 back but we felt that was insulting considering that we were almost sleeping in our car with three kids and spent the next day waiting on services. Our 4 day peaceful plan turned into a nightmare. This unit needs some updaters (blinds are difficult) and needs a colander but that all is minimal considering. I feel bad for the owner as they probably pay extraordinary amounts in maintenance fees,
