Good comfortable house, well stocked. We were able to park one car in the garage. Quiet neighborhood. Good communication with the host. One smart TV, and three more TVs in the bedrooms with local channels only. The pool heater didn’t work while we were there after a cold spell, so we never got to swim.

Christmas with Grandkids

This home had everything you needed. It was a little chilly while there so the pool wasn't used. My Husband noticed that the heat pump for pool had an issue and he reported it to owner. Owner responded that the pool people would be notified. There is a canal that runs behind the house and my grandson caught several fish. We will keep this property in mind for next visit to Cape Coral.

The vacationers who arrived after your departure were able to attach the spinner arm of the dishwasher. However, we have ordered a new dishwasher and installation is scheduled for next week. They also repaired the small lower screen on the door to the lanaii. This couple has been staying at our home for several years now and we have become quite friendly with them. We will be heading to the home in a couple of weeks and will visit and repair anything that we may see which requires fixing.
