No pets allowed. Enjoy luxury on Lake Norman in this new construction cozy home located on a private lot surrounded by trees. We are located 3 mins from The Venue at Langtree and a perfect place for wedding guests or your wedding party. It is a 1 min drive to the free boat landing that has a dock and picnic area. The driveway is long and can accommodate any size boat or camper or plenty of cars. Our laid-back owners want guests to feel right at home, and provide noodles, paddleboard, kayak, folding chairs, beach towels, life jackets, kids toys and a swing set. Close proximity to grocery stores, shopping centers, and a marina. Come enjoy the lake or have a great location for wedding party prep!

Lovely place.

We stayed for three nights. Unfortunately, it was for a funeral so we didn’t get to enjoy the house as much as we usually do. Nice kitchen and family area and the kitchen had all the appliances you could ever need.

Perfect, getaway!

My family and I had a wonderful time. I spent my mornings outside drinking my coffee. Enjoying the birds singing. The lake is in walking distance. My husband went fishing. While my son went kayaking. This property is a must!

New Home away from Home

I can not say enough good things about this property. We would wake up to deer in the yard and enjoyed watching them as we sipped our morning tea from the patio. The place was clean, well though out, and beyond comfortable. You can feel the love that was put into this property by the family that owns it. Please take care of this house when renting it and treat it with the respect and love that it deserves.

Pre High School

My niece wanted one more getaway prior to going to high school and this was the perfect spot . We played games, over ate at the amazing restaurants in town, baked cookies, fished, shopped at the boutiques in town and most important just spent time together on the swingset talking or on the swing by the lake. We can back rejuvenated and ready to take on world.
