Four decks with terrific views. Wonderfully updated interior. Lots of room to hang out, barbeque, and enjoy the wonderful Colorado summers with friends and family. Golf course, hotel, and city light views from every room including the master bath! Beautiful landscaping and a nice walking path out the back gate.

Terrific location just a short walk to the Broadmoor hotel. A great place to enjoy everything Colorado Springs has to offer.

This is a fantastic house. It is so close to the Broadmoor hotel and looks out onto the golf course. Amazing value compared to trying to stay at that hotel.

Broadmoor on the golf course

Excellent property, true to the listing description and pictures. Very well stocked and hosts were very nice and attentive. We were there for our son’s wedding at the Broadmoor and the location was perfect. This is one of the best homes we have rented. Would definitely rent again.

Amazing place!

Amazing property and location

The view when you walk in is incredible, and you instantly know you picked the right place to stay! So many great spaces outside to enjoy the view and walking distance to the Broadmoor. So clean and the owners are so inviting and great communicators! There were fresh brownies, wine and treats to help us kick off our visit. One of the most 'ready to stay' places we've been.

Fantastic property! Well-kept, clean, so many spots to chat and visit and play games. Location excellent for access to Garden of the Gods and Pike’s Peak. Hosts are easy to communicate with and are very accommodating. The only drawback could be that it is not wheelchair accessible.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The check-in was easy, the house was wonderfully equipped and clean, and very spacious. Note that the Broadmoor (West Entrance) is within easy walking distance of the home. Although the Broadmoor does not permit non-guest use of the recreational facilities, there are several great restaurants open to non-guests.The Cheyenne Mountain Zoo is a short drive from the home.Note (for planning purposes) that 2 bedrooms are on the lower level of the home and share a hall bathroom.There is an additional bath on the 1st floor (entrance level) of the home with a spacious shower.The other 2 bedrooms are on the upper level of the home and share an adjourning (Jack & Jill) bathroom.

The house was better than advertised. Everything was perfect with lots of small nuggets we didn’t expect. Wine, cheese, all the spices and condiments and so much more. Gorgeous view and gracious host!

The home is exactly as described plus more!! Our hostess communicated even when we weren’t asking her stuff. She had water bottles by our beds, wine, cheese, breakfast items. Home Made brownies!!! The views were gorgeous! There were so many amenities, unfortunately we didn’t even get to use most because we were busy enjoying local spots and a family wedding!

Fantastic home and hosts!!

This home was beautiful, spotless, and in a perfect location. It was well stocked with anything you would need. Our hosts had wine, cheese, crackers and homade brownies waiting for us! They were also kind enough to have breakfast foods in fridge, which as perfect because we arrived late. Communication was perfect. We were there for our son's graduation from the USAF Academy and the hosts made this special time for our family that much more amazing! If i could give 10 stars, I would!!

This doesn’t happen often, but EVEN BETTER than the listing pictures suggest. Fantastic property with no detail missed. The hosts were very communicative and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They even provided some additional welcome amenities; over the top generous! Great owners, location and house!

Our family got together for a reunion. We selected this house because it was walking distance to The Broadmoor where some of our group stayed and it accommodated a group our size. The house and location did not disappoint! The great outdoor deck and patio overlooks the golf course. We hung out there a lot enjoying the beautiful view. The house had everything you could need. The owners went over the top with communication, suggestions and welcoming touches. Thank you Connie and Ben!

Great House! We had 6 people in this house plus a baby. The 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths were perfect for everyone to have their owns space and the owners thought of all kinds of great amenities.....extra outlets by every bed for charging, water bottles in each room, coffee maker on every floor, freshly baked brownies on the kitchen counter, bottle of wine and lots of staple items in the refrigerator and pantry. The house was close to attractions and restaurants. We enjoyed Garden of the Gods (20 min drive), Broadmoor shopping and restaurants (within walking distance), my adult kids went ziplining at 7 Falls and we all enjoyed the fabulous zoo (5 min drive). Thanks to Ben & Connie for a great experience!

Home Away from Home

Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. Ben and Connie were wonderful hosts and they have thought of everything! Literally. The house was in the perfect location and don't worry if you forgot something, Connie has little notes all over the house! They have literally thought of everything from chargers by every nightstand (and bottled water) to unbelievably comfortable beds (all of them not just one like you usually experience). The floor plan was perfect for our small family to gather but have space from each other. The house was clean and well stocked! Views were amazing and peaceful. Being able to walk out the back to The Broadmoor was such a special perk! You will definitely feel at home. We relaxed and enjoyed our stay and have already booked another trip! So gracious of Ben and Connie to share their little slice of heaven! You won't be disappointed.

A perfect location

We were heading to Colorado Springs to attend a business conference at the Broadmoor Resort. We chose to stay here over the resort and we are so glad we made that decision. I walked 10 minutes to my morning meetings at the Broadmoor. It was a very nice and short walk along a sidewalk next to the golf course. The home was immaculate!!!! Super clean!!! It is perfectly laid out over three stories with enough space to take a break for some alone time. lol The view from the decks are amazing as you are looking over a beautiful golf course with downtown Colorado Springs in the back ground. The beds were super comfortable and the home had all the things you need. The bathrooms were stocked with quality shampoo, soap and toilet paper. The kitchen had everything you need even with some great coffee to choose from. Definitely the most luxurious VRBO we have stayed in. Thank you to the host Connie and Ben for the ease of communication and providing us with such an awesome and CLEAN place to stay.

Almost better than home!

We stayed at this property with dear friends when we attended my husband’s 50th class reunion from the AF Academy. We are both mature couples who have traveled a lot, and we agreed that the home was a great find. Beautiful, comfortable, and sparkling clean, the house sits next to the golf course with a view that glitters at night with the CS lights turn on. We're empty nesters now and we enjoy sharing this beautiful house with families, corporate groups, and others on vacation, and we take pride in offering a well-appointed clean house and a wonderful vacation experience.

The mountain backdrop and golf course views are unique and stunning. We think this is the most scenic area in Colorado Springs and along the front range of Colorado.

What makes this property unique

The house has a great feel to it, light and airy with beautiful views from every room. Convenient walk to the Broadmoor, Cheyenne Canyon, and beautiful Seven Falls. The Cheyenne Mtn Zoo is not far away and there is great hiking right out the front door. Downtown is just a few miles away and Pikes Peak National Forest borders our neighborhood. Colorado Springs has many great attractions just a short drive away.
