Fantastic house!

Great location for our tennis tournament at Leftwich. We were less than 5 minutes away. The house was well updated, plenty of room, very clean and just wonderful overall for our stay.

Truly was a hidden gem!!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home near the University of Memphis! It truly was a hidden gem — clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The house was perfect for our family and made our trip even more special. Its location just a few blocks from campus couldn’t have been more convenient. A big thank you to Kent for sharing his lovely home and for being such a gracious host. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the university or the Memphis area!

Incredible House

Would stay here again. Incredibly spacious, great living room and kitchen. Master bed and bath are huge. Comfortable and convenient to the university, tennis center and great restaurants. Loved it. Host was available for questions and quick to respond.

Great Home

The home lived up to it's description. Clean and comfortable. It was a good home base for Graceland, the National Civil Rights Museum, Beale Street, etc. Whole Foods, Sprouts, Target, and other places relatively close too. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay during our Memphis vacation!

Great all around!

The house was beautiful and clean. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of extra blankets if needed. Bath towels were big and soft, nice to have shampoo, conditioner and body was provided. Communication was easy with the owner. My family thoroughly enjoyed the property and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home

This home is beautiful well-maintained and has all the amenities you’re going to need. The check-in process was easy and seamless. They even let us check in a little bit earlier due to our earlier arrival time. It is a middle-class neighborhood with newly renovated homes starting to appear. We definitely will stay there again when we return to Memphis.

Lovely Home

This home was the perfect fit for our family (6 Adults and 2 Children) to stay as we visited the many surrounding attractions. We stayed three nights in a house that is very clean and resides in a quite neighborhood. The large table was especially appreciated, for it accommodated everyone to sit together for meals and playing games. Every attraction and eatery we visited was within a 15 to 25 minute drive. We all had a very good time in Memphis and this home will be the first choice to stay if we every get a chance to return.

SouthHaven Baseball Stay

The property itself is a 5 out of 5. It’s beautiful, clean, and everything you see online. Getting to the property and the immediate surrounding area is a little concerning. It looks to be up and coming, but it’s early in its transition. We would rent this property in the future.
