The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Camera on garage and camera on back of lanai cage facing the boat.
Pool maintenance is done weekly by a professional company. Do not block access to the pool area. Guests are not refuse pool services. (See Rule 3)
$100 return trip charge and other potential pool fees should the water need additional treatment (to be paid by the guests) if pool services refused.

Beautiful waterfront getaway

We had such an amazing time here! Not only was the house absolutely spotless, but also equipped with everything you could ever need during our stay and more! The manager was quick to respond to messages and helpful with our questions. The dock by the water was prefect for our tiny, intimate wedding, and we spent most of our time by the pool. We ould recommend this rental for anyone looking to have a fantastic, stress-free trip to Cape Coral!

Beautiful home!

We loved our stay here! The house had everything we needed for the week. The kids swam in the pool every day, and fished in the canal. We enjoyed eating outdoors on the beautiful lanai. The location is very convenient - close to grocery stores, restaurants, and beaches. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The host is great, and was very quick to respond to the questions I had. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect and quiet

This house was absolutely perfect. Their home was spotless. The whole place was so meticulous they have thought of everything from blankets to beds. The bikes were a huge hit with the kids. The pool was perfect along with the back lanai area. There is nothing I would have changed. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. Thank you for sharing it with us.
