Great place, conveniently located and clean. If you are a light sleeper though, this may not be the place for you. Also, the lighting in the apartment isn’t the best. So, ladies you may want to bring a vanity light to do your makeup. Overall, I’d stay again. Can’t beat the hospitality and the location.

A gem close to all the action

My wife and I booked this for a cruise layover. Close to the beach, the vibe up and down the street and very comfortable. I little noisy if your not a night owl and a early riser, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Property was as described. Building not fantastic but condo was clean and updated. Easy walk to the beach and all the nightlife. Would definitely stay again.

So noisy!

The place was comfortable and had everything we needed, but unfortunately, all the good things were overshadowed by the noise outside. We hardly slept as the noise from the street went on until at least 3AM every night. It's right above a nightclub and the windows are very thin, so all the noise is impossible to escape. It was great to be close to the beach and all the amenities nearby. If you like to stay up all night, this place is perfect!

Perfect location

We loved our stay. The condo is in the perfect location. The building, its self, is awful. It’s dirty. It smells. It’s completely run down. The condo… was great. Beautiful upgrades! Unfortunately, it’s in the wrong building. I wouldn’t stay again.

Same building better Option

I have stayed in the same building before, but with another Vendor in a different apartment. I never wanted to go back because I was so disappointed. Decided to rebook the same building because the area is amazing to stay at, and my friend convinced me to book it with a different vendor. And I’m glad I did. This apartment was very clean and smelled amazing. The communication was great and in all honesty when I’m back in Miami I will rebook. .
