Cute little apartment! Amazing price!!!

The entire process was so easy. Communication with the host was excellent. Great area that is conveniently located near downtown. Easy check-in and check-out. The bed was comfy, the place was clean, and we had what we needed as a couple. Will definitely stay at this property again.

Great place just a hands throw to anything

Everything was perfectly great during our stay. The only one notable thing is it was rather hot weekend that we were there and the air conditioning struggled to keep the place as cool as we like but not unexpected based on the air conditioning unit that was in the place and overall is something we can get over love this place will be back again.

Affordable and in-town with a stovetop

My son had a training course at the airport. This place was right on the main strip of TC with a stovetop in the room. We came in, stayed, cooked food, and left, with 0 interactions with anyone. Perfect!

Property was nice and clean except for the musty , moldy smell! Sprayed Lysol but did not solve issue! Also, a secondary security lock will be nice to have for tenants when inside!

Visually fine, but the air was not so much

The property looked the same as the listing, but unfortunately had a strong musty/moldy smell that would not air out so we only stayed one night. Communication with property manager was excellent and they were very understanding.

After you checked out, we had the unit checked and the unit smells okay, and despite that we agreed to refund you the nights that you didn't stay with us. It was very clean. But I did not sleep well. There was no lock on the inside to secure. I placed chairs in front of the door. It was a code to get in and anyone could have use it and it freaked me out. I have never been to Traverse City, not knowing the area, and traveling alone. It was just to uncomfortable to relax without a secondary lock from the inside.
