We had a wonderful stay in Salida! The property was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. It was a great home base for exploring town, hiking, and relaxing after a day outdoors. The home had everything we needed, including convenient laundry, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Salida!

Very nice rental in a great location. Everything was well stocked and as a Colorado Trail through hiker, I appreciated the bathtub and the laundry facilities. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was great. Check in process was not good. When we arrived the door code did not work and everyone was out of town, but that was not the bad part. The property owner suggests that I didn't know how to follow directions and the error was on my part but then proceeded to give a new code and NO new directions! This new code worked fine the first time so it was very obvious something wrong on the property owners side but I was still made to feel like I was just don't know how to read. She really did work to make it right and even offered a different property they own a few miles out of town but as we were there to be in walking distance to a music venue that did not work for us. We arrived at he the property at 6:45 and had a concert at 8, by 7:30 we still did not have access so we had to get ready on the street and use the car mirrors to do hair and makeup. During the show I had to take a call from the property owner so I had to leave the loud venue and had to wait 30 minutes to get back in, missing a good chunk of the show. We were able to get in around 1:00am after the show and were able to sleep comfortably. All in all we were in the house for less than 10 hours. This is my first time using a short term rental app and it might be my last.
