Cottage on private lot directly on Lake Champlain. With spacious common space and breathtaking sunset views, this cottage is perfect for energizing from your busy lives. The cottage offers wonderful outside living: 2 kayaks and a canoe are at your disposal, a 5-burner BBQ for your chef skills, and a fire pit for quiet evenings by the camp fire. In addition, the lake offers excellent fishing, including salmon, lake trout, bass, and pike.

My adult son and I were long overdue for a mother/son getaway, so we chose this tranquil little spot right on Lake Champlain. It was perfect for a weekend of relaxation and reconnecting. We enjoyed cooking together in the kitchen, sitting by the fire, and conversing and laughing on the shore of the lake while watching the sunset. Even my 25-year-old adrenaline-junkie boy said he was able to relax.
