It has a large living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, granite counters, all appliances,central ac/heat, covered parking, screened lanai, free wi-fi in unit, 3 tvs, dvd. The unit is non-carpeted and has a king size bed, 2 twins, 2 trundle beds.Free unlimited long distance in US and Canada. The beautifully maintained complex is located on the widest part of Crescent Beach. The complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, large heated swimming pool, game room, shufflboard and a scenic beach front courtyard where you will experience the most amazing sunsets. There are many shops, restaurants, golfing, fishing, tennis, boating, parasailing, galleries in the area. Busch Gardens/Disney are a short driving distance. Come visit us at Island House to make your vacation a most memorable one!!

Condition of villa
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is pretty good. Of course the beach is spectacular., which we love. The porch area needs to cleaned, painted and fixed. Ceiling also needs to be repaired. Only three chairs on porch. Towel rack on porch rusted. Kitchen knives barely cut through anything. Instructions on how to use tv. Netflix, operation in general. Bedspread in master very very old. Faded and starting to wear thinn. Previously commented on these items.

Cute and comfortable
Nicely updated villa very close to the beach. Beautiful bathroom and shower in master with King size bed. Beds were comfortable. Pillows could have been better. We had a broken coffee pot and they got us a new one within and hour. Cannot tell by looking at the vrbo listing whether the ocean is visible from the villa which it isn't. Nice screen porch but needs some type of lighting. All in all, quite satisfied with accommodations.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo has a beautiful kitchen and bathrooms! Has been nicely redone! Location to beach and pool is fantastic!I would however note that it is advertised as sleeping 6, but even though there are two trundles to pull out, there is literally not enough floor space in the room to pull both out! Also they should replace all the bedspreads with newer and cleaner options.
