Perfect place for the family or a couple’s trip to Beautiful Hot Springs. This downstairs condo has the perfect covered patio for your morning coffee :) GREAT location and easy to get to everything! Less than 10 minutes from the Race Track and only 2 minutes to the Wharf.

The condo was clean and comfortable, and a great location for our trip to the Hot Springs area. Check-in was easy, all the appliances worked...overall it was a great place to stay and we really enjoyed our time there.I do think the listing should say it sleeps 6 instead of 8. The second double bed in a bedroom is a small futon; I didn't have a measuring tape, but I would be surprised if it is wider than a twin, and the sofa bed couldn't comfortably accommodate 2 adults or teens, either. We only had 6 people in our group so it wasn't a problem, but if we had had 8 adults/teens it would have been awkward and very uncomfortable.

Over all it was a quiet stay, the unit and rooms were clean, the walls need some cleaning, the burners on the stove need to be looked at, maybe some new pans, just some small things but over all a good place and great location.

Perfect for our little family!

This place was perfect for our little family! Our kids (ages 4 and 1.5) loved how close we were to the pool. Master closet was big enough for our pack and play for the baby. We hope to come back!

Vera, Thank you so much for your feedback and communication. We work hard to have our home at top-notch for all of our guest. If there would have been a request to cancel your stay being that it was so terrible by the rating you gave, we would have been willing to process a full refund. However, in this event we were contacted and able to troubleshoot and resolve very quickly. The quality control team came by to switch out the pillow. I was made aware of the single bug my team that said they did see the bug and were able to inform you that that particular type of bug is “part of being in the South” which is true. Our home is serviced with pest control. This was not a pest control issue. The leak, as you were informed, was coming from the unit above and out of our control. Thank you again for your communication and completing your stay in our home that you rated at 2 stars. Blessings

We didn’t have the condo number prior to check in. The tub drained very slowly. The TV in the room worked the 1st night, then didn’t connect to the internet for the rest of the week. Sofa in guest room extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.Weekend stay is ok good.

The rental was perfect for what we needed for the weekend and only a 3 minute drive to my favorite and one of the best restaurants in the are Fisherman's Wharf. The unit eas clean as a pin and even had extra pillows.
