Inviting Winnipesaukee Cottage ~ Sandy Beach, Great Location, Dock for Boat

Come relax in beautiful Moultonborough and see why people think the lakes region of NH is one of the most beautiful places in the world. This home is on a quiet but easily accessible road with 100-feet of waterfront on Lake Winnipesaukee. This is a great family vacation site! On-site, there is a shared beach (shared only with the owner and family) a floating swim-dock, and a brick terrace overlooking the beach and lake that’s for the exclusive use of the renter. The beach is sandy and child-friendly. Additionally, you will be able to dock up to a 30-foot-boat on our large, easily accessible, permanent dock. You’ll have the use of a canoe and kayaks; powerboat rentals are nearby. The cottage has a large, screened-in porch that’s perfect for lounging, dining or entertaining. The kitchen is fully applianced, including a gas grill just outside the door. WiFi is included; there is an Amazon Firestick in the TV. Renters provide their own linens; call or email and linens (sheets and towels) will be provided for an added fee.

DISCLOSURE: There is a camera monitoring the lakefront area of the property. There is no video recording, just real-time pictures of the waterfront area.

Absolutely beautiful spot on Winni! The shared beach was sandy and clean. Awesome dock that was easy in and out and super close to a local launch. Great jumping off spot to boat and fish from. The boat was pretty well protected from wakes from the island out front. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We had an amazing week!

Cottage was very clean, hosts were very welcoming and friendly. We had access to a boat dock, patio and small private beach. There was enough room to park a boat trailer and 2 cars. The public launch for our boat was just down the road. We loved the stay and the area and hope to come again!

Quiet location

Summer Vacation

This was the perfect vacation spot for our family . The ability to swim, kayak, and canoe any time of day was both enjoyable for the adults as well as the kids. We would definitely book this listing again!

We had an amazing time at the rental! Marie and Jerry were amazing hosts and provided everything we could imagine. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and baking, the beach had kayaks and sand toys for the kids to enjoy. The kids also enjoyed playing with neighbor children. All of the neighbors were so kind, the great sense of community really added to our experience.

Lovely Lakeside Cottage

We loved how close we were to the lake. The house was well stocked with what we needed to cook our meals. The lake is breathtaking! The hosts Jerry and Marie were pleasant, helpful, and extremely generous!! We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful Week at Winnipesaukee

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Moultonborough, property as described, was clean upon check in, and kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses, and necessary cooking equipment. Our hosts provided us with lots a great local knowledge making our first time boating on Winnipesaukee a great success. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay!

We had a lovely week at this property. Jerry, Marie and family were wonderful hosts. The cottage was perfect for my family of 5, the kitchen was well stocked and it was a great location on the lake. The kids especially loved being able to use the kayak and paddle board. We hope to be back!

Great Stay

We have a very nice week and our hosts Marie and Gerry were very nice and didn’t intrude at all. The cottage was clean and we had lots of nice breezes. My favorite thing to do was sit by the water and look out NJ on the lake. Very relaxing.

Great vacation

We had a great time staying at this cottage. Location was perfect and Marie & Jerry were very welcoming. Communication was outstanding. Anything we needed, they were quick to reply and give us helpful suggestions. We would definitely recommend staying here. Even with 6 adults we had plenty of room. Our family had a wonderful vacation and hope to come back soon.

Bike Week 2023

Beautiful location. Quiet and away from the chaos, but close enough to join in the excitement when we wanted. Riding along the mountain roads provided breath taking scenery of the lakes and mountains.

Family vacation

My sister and brother in law from Florida came up and stayed with me, our other sister and Their daughter for the week. We had a few cloudy days, so we took advantage of visiting Wolfeboro and Sugar Hill. On sunny days we enjoyed the beach, floating on the water, kayaking enjoying time on the porch.

Family Fun

Our host and hostess were friendly and helpful. They were available for any issues concerning the cottage. My 6 and 8 year old grandsons loved the sandy beach and all the toys provided. There were kayaks and a canoe available, but the adults really appreciated the gorgeous views!

Wonderful place to get away!

We had a wonderful week at "The Cottage" as we affectionately called it! We immediately felt relaxed and at home when we arrived. If you are looking for a place just to get away from it all for a bit, this place is it! We used the kayaks, and paddleboards every morning and enjoyed the sunsets on the beach every night. Our 9 year old son even caught his first fish right off the dock. A truly memorable experience and a truly memorable place!

Lovely location and beautiful cabin

This place was a wonderful lakeside getaway. Kitchen had everything we needed, rooms were spacious and more than enough for this family of 3. Screened in porch was perfect at night listening to the sounds and the waves on the lake. The beach was my daughters favorite and she played for hours. Relaxing in the water on the hot days was great. Perfect reminder of why the lake is such a special place. Also the owners were wonderful and brought us out on their boat which was magical. Thank you!

Jerry has been spending summers on the lake his whole life. Marie and the rest of the family have been enjoying time on the lake since 1981. They love their little piece of heaven.

The location for the cottage is easily accessible by car. Its location on the lake is great for boaters! Center Harbor, Meredith, The Weirs, and Wolfeboro are a fun ride from here.

What makes this property unique

The view of the sunset from this property is breathtaking. Swimming is easy from the beach. It's perfect for young children and families.

We can help launch your boat and have room for your trailer. If you don't have a boat, we're happy to take you for a ride on the lake. Jerry and Marie are willing to help in any way that they can to make sure you have a wonderful vacation!
