Rare, Amazing Find. Pristine waterfront with deck and new 72' dock. Ideal location in Sanders Bay with calmer waters, perfect for kids and water sports. Within a mile of town beach, restaurants, and Bank of NH Pavillion.

Features a spacious living room with floor to ceiling views of waterfront and direct deck access. First floor Master Bedroom offers sliding-door access to deck and attached bath and walk-in closet.

Full kitchen, breakfast bar, laundry, and tons of storage space.
The space
Living room features floor to ceiling window view of waterfront and direct sliding door access to deck. Full kitchen with all full-sized appliances, lots of countertop area, and dining area.

First floor Master Bedroom features a king bed and en suite bathroom, sliding-door view of lake and direct access to deck and has attached full bath and large walk-in closet big enough for ski gear. First floor also contains full-size washer/dryer as well as an additional bathroom and room attached to kitchen.

Second floor contains two bedrooms and a full bath as well as two desk areas. One bedroom with two twins and one bedroom with one queen. Ample closet and storage space. Views of the lake from one of the bedrooms on the second floor.

Usage of paddle board, kayaks, and life jackets included.

Crib can be requested.
Guest access
Access to one unit of a two-family compound. You will be able to dock your boat on one side (left) of the dock and will be able to use one jet ski dock. You will be able to access the water on both sides of the dock. We will have our boat docked on one side as well as a jet ski on a jet ski dock.

Incredible spot

As a New Hampshire resident my entire life who had never been to Winnepesaukee, finding a vacation rental on such a big water body is intimidating because you really don't know what's going on around the lake. I can say with confidence that if I had my choice of locations, this would be it. I would choose it 100 out of 100 times.
