When you pull in, the driveway will fit 2 large cars, there is ample street parking for more cars.

~ Main level (2 Bed, 2.5 Bath, Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Laundry)

When you enter the house, you are met with a LED Athens accent wall perfect for group pictures, the living room features seating for 8 on modern Black Leather couches and accent chairs. There is also a huge 75" Roku TV to stream on your favorite Apps and watch the game.

~ Kitchen & Dining

- The kitchen includes new appliances, granite countertops and fully equipped, with every item of cookware, silverware, Keurig coffee station and much more
- Spacious Dining includes dining table for 6 and 4 bar stools ~ enough seating for 10 people

~ Master Bedroom
Master is on the main level with a King bed, large walk in closet, full ensuite bathroom with double vanity, and a 50" Smart TV

~ Downstairs Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is also downstairs and comes with a full dresser, closet and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The Laundry room is right outside of the 2 bedrooms.

The first bedroom upstairs has a full King bed, Full over Full bunk bed, full ensuite bathroom and a large walk in closet.

The private back yard has a full 6ft privacy fence lined with string lights that automatically come on at night, down the side of the yard is a outdoor Slick Woody's cornhole set, right off of the patio is a 40" x 26" (that's huge) park style charcoal grill right next to the outdoor fire pit. Perfect for the pregame or just to relax outside.

Four Families, four nights of fun

This property met our needs perfectly, four bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. A giant hot water heater meant we could all freshen up at once. Two AC units kept the upstairs and downstairs comfortable. All beds had cozy foam mattresses. The location was near everything we needed for our family reunion weekend.

Clean Property -lots of space

Great place to stay. My daughter was married in Day Chapel and we had a bunch of family with us. Clean, feels like it was newly renovated. Easy to get pretty much anywhere in Athens. Kitchen, living room, and dining room area is spacious and easy to have a lot of people together.

Wedding weekend in Athens

This house was perfect for us with 4 king bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Plenty of space for our family as well as the bridal party to get ready on wedding day! The neighbors were friendly and Tyler was so accommodating when we arrived earlier than our check in. It’s close to downtown which worked well on some late nights out. It was a great weekend—we’d stay again.

UGA graduation

We stayed at this property for UGA graduation. The house is very well set up for an extended family. Four bedrooms each with its own bathroom, plus a half bath in the main area. The whole house is nicely decorated and well stocked. The communication with the host was great. My only negative is the neighborhood.

Great house!! In every way. But The neighborhood is more than sketchy. We got heckled twice on the way back from the basketball gay. And we were UGA fans. Unfortunately, won’t stay here again.

Nice house close to campus

We enjoyed our stay in this home. It was clean, nicely finished. Large rooms and bedrooms. Every bedroom had their own bathroom. Great for a large group. Only reservation was the neighborhood. Depending on which way you came into the property it was either sketchy or nice. But having said that, we realized it is a transition neighborhood with many properties being redone. We felt safe the entire time. Parking was an issue for us because we were in a bus. The roads are narrow and the parking pad was made for cars and trucks. But there was an empty lot across from the house that allowed us room to park. We enjoyed our time here and I would recommend it for large groups.
