Perfect for gameday weekends, special occasions, or anything else that brings you to Athens. Enjoy plenty of open, entertaining space and spacious, private bedrooms. The main bedroom is on the first floor, along with the living room, half bath, kitchen, pantry, dining room, and laundry. Upstairs includes a second living room and three bedrooms. Each bedroom has a king bed with clean linens ready for your stay.

The entire property is yours for the duration of your stay. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway, with plenty of additional street parking.

Wonderful Experience!
Every detail has been thought of in this house. It is extremely nice, very comfortable, very clean, and there were zero issues/problems/inconveniences. One afternoon we noticed the alarm system had developed a "beep" about every 20 seconds. I messaged the host asking how I could clear it and he actually came by to fix it 10 minutes later. Downtown Athens is a short 3-4 miles away and an easy Uber/Lyft ride if needed. This was the best rental experience I've had.

My wife and I both came to UGA in the early 1990s and decided to remain in Athens after graduation. We love Athens and everything it has to offer and cannot imagine calling anywhere else our home. We have 2 boys - one a 4th year at UGA, and the other a high school freshman. When we're not cheering on the Dawgs, we enjoy spending time with family in Ocean Isle Beach, NC, and travelling in general.

Why they chose this property

We chose the Normaltown neighborhood because of its close proximity to UGA, downtown Athens, the UGA Health Sciences Campus, and Normaltown restaurants. The house is located on a quiet residential street, near Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital and a few blocks from Bishop Park. Centrally located, you can quickly get to restaurants on Prince Avenue, Beachwood, downtown and Atlanta Highway.

What makes this property unique

We are the owners of the house and are local, so our guests deal directly with us and not a property manager. Our attention to detail as hosts earned us 119 5-star Vrbo reviews on a beach house we rented from 2010 to 2020. In 2020, we sold the beach house, bought what was a 1200 sq ft, BR/1BA duplex and transformed it into this beautiful 4BR/3.5BA, 3200 sq ft house. The house is roomy and comfortable and will be perfect for your Athens getaway.
