Bungalow 89 is just steps from the brown stairs to the beach, but no rush to leave the newly reimagined home. The new second floor balcony offers a fantastic view of the South Beach, the pier and Lake Michigan. When you are up for a short walk, pick a direction; you’re conveniently settled between Kid’s Corner and downtown.

The roomy main level layout features a large living and dining room with a nice big table for meals and games (many provided) as well as an open kitchen and a cozy TV room with a 50" TV. 

The new addition on the second floor boasts 4 new bedrooms, 2 additional full bathrooms, an office with a 50" smart TV, and a family room! All decked out in classical Craftsman Style.
