You will be able to enjoy a tastefully decorated home with mostly brand new furnishing, and carpeting and wood flooring throughout. You can also enjoy the spacious living area fitted with a large T.V. with extensive T.V. channels, where you can lounge around with family and friends.

The first floor on suite master bedroom with King Bed with view to the private pool deck. There are two additional Queen Bedrooms, with one on suite, on the second floor. The fourth and the fifth rooms are each furnished with two twin beds. All the bedrooms have LCD TV’s, walk in closets, and alarm clock radios, and bathrooms fitted with hair dryers. The home has Free WiFi Connection and will sleep 10 people very comfortably.

Sit out on the patio facing the conservation, during the day and enjoy the warm summer weather while sipping on summer drinks or having a relaxing swim in the private pool. There is a brand new BBQ grill on the deck, for your evening entertainment.

When you are done with theme parks, there is a place to relax at home with a game of pool in the game room. The home is equipped with air conditioning and heating. The neighborhood is situated in a highly sort after subdivision Calabay Parc, which is also secured by a 24hr surveillance system.
